Good morning! I’ve got two super-easy Easter cupcake ideas for you today that you will for sure want to pin, especially if you have kiddos. Both of these don’t even require recipes, which make them perfect for even novice bakers to pull off. First off, check out these too-cute brownie bird nest cupcakes.

For these, all I did was fill a muffin pan with brownie batter made from a mix and bake. (I decreased the baking time by about 10 minutes and just kept checking on them to make sure they didn’t get too done.) As soon as I pulled them out of the oven, I used the back of a spoon to make a little depression in each. After removing them from the pan and letting them cool completely, I placed them on a bed of coconut tinted with some green food coloring, and placed three chocolate eggs in each. I would’ve enjoyed the coconut on the brownie itself, but my family wasn’t so sure, so I just used it as a garnish.
Would you like another idea for Easter cupcakes? Here are some (again, made from a mix) that we decorated to look like Easter baskets. These little Easter basket cupcakes are one of my most popular posts!
