Tightwad Tuesday: Refreshing a Grocery Store Bouquet

Hey there, lovelies! So I’m a thrifty gal, make no mistake about it. There are certain things I’ve done forever to save money or make things last longer that sometimes I wonder…does everyone do stuff like this? Today’s post falls into that category. My husband will occasionally pick up some flowers for me when he stops at the grocery store on his way home from work for milk, beer, wine, or the occasional odd ingredient I need for dinner. (He’s a keeper.) After I’ve enjoyed the mixed bouquet for several days, it starts to sag and look a little pathetic. So here’s what I do:
