Hi there! How was your weekend? I’m busy doing loads of laundry after a fun family getaway to Hocking Hills, Ohio. Great hiking, but whoa was it muddy. I guess that’s a good trade-off, though, for fresh air and a bit of warmer weather.
I’m highlighting a post by Puposedly Reinvented today because let’s face it: you can always find a use for a good tray. Trays are awesome for coralling remotes, creating order on a coffee table or kitchen island, keeping coffee and tea supplies organized on the counter, or serving breakfast in bed. At first glance, you may think this one was made using nailhead trim. But nope! Mary Anne used humble thumb tacks to spruce up this wooden tray, and I think that’s just genius. Nailhead can be expensive if you buy it full-price, but thumb tacks…not so much. What a clever way to recreate a high-end look!
