Lately, I’ve been seeing lots of pins that involve gluing candlesticks and dishes together to make cake stands. They seem really easy, and are such a cute way to create a custom piece for your buffet or kitchen island. You’ve gotta be careful, though, in choosing the right pieces or it will look like you went to Goodwill and glued stuff together. I know, that’s exactly what you’re supposed to do, but you don’t want people to know that, silly! Here are some examples of ones that are very well done:
