Hey, hey! The last day of school is fast-approaching for our kids, and you know what that means. I’m in full-on panic-mode! Every year I vow we’re going to have the best summer ever, and by August, I’m cranky and fed-up with monitoring screen-time, hearing the front door slam 1000 times a day, and applying sunscreen. But with every year there’s fresh hope.
One thing I hope to accomplish in the next couple of weeks is a better system for our entryway. It’s a pretty confined area, but it includes an under-utilized section of our garage that I’m going to try and organize to speed up our out-the-door routine. Between the sunscreen, sunglasses, dog leash, flip-flops (Dear God, all the flip-flops!), we need some serious storage. So I rounded up several great entryway storage ideas for you (and me) and I have a project up my sleeve, too! (Stay tuned.)

I love these ideas, don’t you? After seeing some of these garages, I’m ashamed of the state of ours. It looks like you could eat off the floor in some of them! That might be a tad unattainable for me, but I could probably sweep ours out. That would help.
So are you inspired to get organized for summer? I sure am. Here are some other posts you might like:
